1. No Recurring Subscriptions
RSS Auto Publisher does not operate on a subscription model. You purchase credits as and when you need them. There are no recurring payments, no monthly fees, and no automatic billing. You are in complete control of when and how much you spend.
2. Cancelling Your Account
You may stop using the Service at any time without any obligation. If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data, you may:
- Email us at support@sabkaai.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
- Include your registered email address in the request.
We will process your request within 7 business days. Deleted accounts cannot be recovered.
3. What Happens to Your Data
Upon account deletion:
- Your personal profile information will be permanently erased.
- Your WordPress sites, RSS feeds, and article data will be deleted.
- Payment records (transaction ID, amount) may be retained for up to 7 years as required by Indian financial regulations.
- Remaining unused credits will be forfeited upon deletion.
4. Cancelling a Pending Payment
If you initiated a payment that has not yet completed, you may cancel it directly from your Razorpay or PayPal interface before the payment is confirmed. Once a payment is confirmed and credits are added to your account, the standard refund policy applies.
5. Service Termination by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of our Terms of Service. In such cases:
- You will be notified via email where possible.
- If termination is due to a service withdrawal (we shut down), we will provide at least 30 days notice and prorate refunds for unused credits.
