By accessing or using the RSS Auto Publisher platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RSS Auto Publisher is a cloud-based SaaS platform that allows users to automatically fetch RSS feeds, rewrite articles using AI, and publish content to connected WordPress sites. The platform operates on a credit-based model where credits are required for AI rewrites.

3. Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Free Trial & Credits

New accounts receive 2 free AI Rewrite credits upon registration. These credits are provided to allow you to evaluate the service and never expire. No credit card is required to start.

5. Payments & Billing

• Credits can be purchased through Razorpay (INR) or PayPal (USD).
• All prices are displayed in both INR and USD on the pricing page.
• Payments are processed securely by third-party payment gateways. We do not store card details.
• Credits are non-transferable and cannot be shared between accounts.
• Purchased credits do not expire.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Publish spam, malware, or illegal content
• Violate copyright or intellectual property rights of third parties
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other user accounts or system infrastructure
• Reverse-engineer or scrape the platform
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content published to your WordPress sites through this Service. We do not review, endorse, or take responsibility for any content you publish. AI-rewritten content should be reviewed for accuracy before publishing.

8. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay for services. Upon termination, your data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Service Availability

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party API outages (OpenAI, WordPress), or infrastructure failures may affect availability. We are not liable for downtime-related losses.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RSS Auto Publisher shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
